Ms. Morbey is the founding partner of Legal Macau Law, the leading law firm in Macau SAR, China. Wei was the lead lawyer for the former High Commission against Corruption and Administrative Illegality, law adviser for the Macau International Law Office, teacher for the Lisbon University Oriental Studies and Macau University Law School, aided top law firms in Macau and Portugal, and legal counsel to large corporations (energy, banking, insurance, construction, real estate investment, gaming, telecommunication etc.).
Born in Shanghai and educated at a college for foreign languages, followed by a B.A. from the International Studies University of Shanghai, she has mastered most Chinese dialects and several foreign languages including Portuguese and English and works in differing cultures. She studied law at Macau University Law School, Coimbra University of Portugal, and is completing her PhD at China PoliticalScience andLaw University.
